- The agreement for AMC is valid for one year from the date of receipt of payment in advance.
- Our engineer will visit your premises once in a month to service the equipment free of charge.
- If there is any complaint in between the AMC period then our engineer will visit the site to attend to the complaint. In case the next visit of the engineer to the site
is due, only in the following month.
- The AMC is valid if the system is used under stable power supply
- The AMC will be terminated if any external agency is permitted to repair /tamper the system.
- In the Comprehensive it includes replacement of part or item the cost of the items so replaced will not be charged extra and we will provide you another same system
until your system will not work properly & In the Non-comprehensive in the rare case of any replacement of part/ items the cost of the items so replaced will
be charged extra.
- In case of complaint made it will be attended on the same day otherwise it will be attended definitely on the next day. our office timing is 10 to 6 .and 6 days of the week.
- In case the complaint is made on Sunday and it needs to be attended on same day extra service charge of Rs. 1000 and conveyance will be charged.
- Any part which can’t be repaired at site will be removed for service after providing replacement so that the system remains functional and in working order every day
- All terms & conditions will apply to all orders placed with the company unless otherwise agreed to by the Company in writing.
- Civil work if any will be with the scope of the client.
- Goods once sold will not be taken back.
- Any disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
